Registration for participants
All participants and presenters are invited to register at this link (select GISRUK). The registration link will remain open until the 10th of July, but we encourage everybody to register as soon as possible. As the event will be fully open and free to everyone, we encourage you to share this invitation to all interested colleagues and students. The event will take place on a web platform, without any software installation.
Registration for authors
Presenters are invited to register at this link (select GISRUK) by Friday 26th of June (£0 fee) to allow us to schedule the sessions in a timely manner. You will have to confirm in the registration the paper(s) you will be presenting. Please note that, if you do not register, your paper will not be included in the programme. Instructions for authors
All submissions accepted for oral presentations and posters will have an oral presentation. Note that posters will be presented as short papers, and therefore there is no need to create a poster.
Submissions accepted for oral presentation will have a 25 minutes slot (20 minutes for the talk and 5 min Q/A). Submissions accepted as posters will have a 15 minutes slot (10 minute for the talk and 5 min Q/A). We favour synchronous presentations to enable interaction with the audience, so please make sure that you have a working internet connection as well as a reasonably good webcam and microphone.
